This is a family business with a mission : serving their clients a good, correct and healthy product with respect of the gastronomic authenticity.

“Probably the best beef that I have had in Europe. The claim is that they grow their own beef. I would have to believe that. Great cuts well prepared. Great wine list, Good service. If you like beef go here, do make a reservation they seem to be always busy.” This is one of the positive comments on Tripadvisor about this restaurant.

In a local magazine they did mention the restaurant as a great brasserie for meat lovers. And great meat it is. We went there on a saturday evening around 18.30h without reservation. They were very friendly, gave us a small table at the window. The whole evening we got great food. The starter “joue the boeuf confit” was very tasty. The Aubrac “filet de boeuf / rib-eye” we were served was top notch ( can be compared with the Argentinian beef ). It was so good we didn’t order a dessert out of fear to loose the taste of it.

The place downstairs is a bit noisy and quite warm. I read that they have a place upstairs for more elegant dining.
