When in the neighborghood, just jump in at the Mezzanine. From Wednesday to Saterday there is swingin music until late. On Friday there are excellent DJs. The drinks at the bar are served with know-how and add that little more.

We had a great evening once , right at the start of La Mezzanine, when you easily could have a drink and choose where to sit.

Rendezvous of the greatest jazz artists for more than 50 years. In the weekend they always have a life band of high quality and you can dance the beebop until the late hours.

If you only want to look people dancing and don’t want to join in, be cautious where you take a seat. Take a seat in front of the metal bar and you can dance the whole evening. Great ambiance.

The title of this exhibition is surprising, but also the object .

The Musée d’Orsay does show the artistic influence of Rodin on Paris sculpture between 1905 – 1914.

They also have an interesting museumcafé and shop on the site.

Until July 13th ,Le Grand Palais shows big portrets of celebrities, jetset people, actors and musicians made by Warhol or his Factory between 1962 and 1987.

It’s a rather repetitive exhibition, but it’s meant to be because the principle of repetition was a central preoccupation of Warhol’s work.
