Pop up Store of Michael Jackson at L’Olympia

Last fall the Pop up Store of Michael Jackson did open its doors right at the moment of the release of the new remix album and the movie “This is it”; The shop will continue to be exist until February 2010.

This is a new experience and the first in its kind at l’Olympia. The shop is open from Tuesday to Saturday 11-18 h and will sell a big part of all possible gadgets, also some with exclusivity ( T-shirts, mugs, hats,….) for reasonable prices.

Special note : Michael Jackson never did a concert at the Olympia

As an afternoonsnack pick up some chouquettes (cream puffs covered with sugar and baked until brown) at Aux Péchés Normands (9 Rue du Faubourg du Temple, 75010 Paris).

If you love Alsatian kugelhopf (a semisweet confection somewhere between a cake and a bread, spiked with rum and almonds). It’s available but only at weekends at Vandermeersch (278 Av. Deaumesnil, 75012 Paris).

For a morning pastry look for a bostock(a disk of light almond cake topped with crackly almonds) which you can pick up at Ladurée (75 Av des Champs-Elysées, 75008 Paris)
